Okay, I know, in Hawaii they are called spam musubi, not luncheon meat musubi. Just a little name for my product I thought was kind of funny. (^_^;)

Canned meat pan-fried in a shoyu (soy sauce) and sugar sauce and placed on top of rice that's formed into rectangular onigiri and wrapped with nori (seaweed). Lots of details in this little bugger, down to the shoyu coloring on the meat and little shiny flecks in the nori.
