Account & Registration


Q: Why should I create an account?
A: Registered users can easily track orders, and can conveniently initiate communications for specific orders and return requests on the order page. Registered users also save time during checkout, since most of the fields are already filled.

Q: Can I make a purchase without creating an account on your website?
A: Absolutely! When you are ready to check out, you will have the option to log in, register, or checkout as a guest. Click on "Checkout as guest."

Q: Is your site secure?
A: Yes. Customer care is a top priority, and that includes caring about keeping your personal information private. All login pages and checkout areas are secured with an encrypted connection. To ensure your connection is secure, your browser's address bar should have some sort of highlighted indication, verifying our identity with a valid security certificate.

All payments are processed by PayPal or Google Checkout, so our website does not take or store your credit card information.

Q: What if I forgot my password?
A: Not to worry! Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign in page. Fill in the e-mail address you registered with and you will receive a link back to the site where you can reset your password.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept online payments via PayPal.com and Google Checkout.

Q: Do I need a PayPal account to pay electronically?
A: You do not need a PayPal account to pay electronically. We accept PayPal, which allows you to elect to pay by credit card without creating an account with them. We now offer Google Checkout as another option.

Shipping


Q: How are my items shipped?
A: All domestic and international orders are shipped via The United States Postal Service (USPS). First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, and First-Class Mail International and Priority Mail International are used.

Q: How long will it take to receive my items?
A: Within the United States, First-Class Mail generally takes about 5-10 days, and Priority Mail about 3-5 days. Internationally, time tables vary significantly. As a general rule, it would be best to anticipate waiting anywhere from 2-6 weeks if choosing standard international shipping, or choose to ship by Priority Mail International.

Q: What countries do you currently ship to?
A: We currently ship to a select amount of countries due to mailing restrictions and prohibitions. Here is the list of countries we currently serve:

United Kingdom
Ireland

Q: Why do you not ship certain products to Europe?
A: Europe currently has a nickel ban. Nickel is a hard metal and is commonly used in the electroplating process of gold and silver plated items. Because of this, we cannot offer these items for sale to our European customers. We currently have no way of restricting these specific products from being added to your shopping cart, but please note that if your order contains these items, they will be removed from your order before shipping out, or your order will be cancelled. We are willingly complying out of respect for the laws abroad. Thank you for understanding.

A: Please contact us and we will be happy to see if it is possible to ship to your location.

Custom Orders


Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Custom orders are accepted periodically. When we are unable to accept custom orders a notice will be posted on our Contact page. You can make a request by using our secured contact page, or you can easily build your jewelry in the Made to Order section of the shop.

Q: What process do I go through to get a custom order done?
A: Please contact us specifying what you want made. You will receive a response indicating if we can accept the order, along with an order estimate if applicable. Once you accept the terms, you will be invoiced from PayPal for 50% of the given estimate. Once the invoice is paid for, your order will be started as soon as possible. You will receive a picture of the finished product, then invoiced for the remaining cost, plus shipping. Your order will be shipped out the next shipping day.

Q: How long does it take to finish a custom item?
A: Generally one custom item can be finished in 1-2 days. If other orders are involved, a large-volume order is requested, a complex item is requested, or a special order of supplies is involved, we will provide you with an expected finish date.

Wholesale Orders


Q: Do you sell your items in bulk at a wholesale price?
A: Please e-mail us your business information and your business tax ID. If you have a boutique or other physical store in which you conduct business, we can work on getting you a wholesale account with us.

Hawaii Residents


Q: Do I have to pay an additional tax as a Hawaii resident?
A: No. We pay the taxes, and choose to not charge additional tax to our local customers.

Q: Do you allow pickups?
A: We do not have a physical store to conduct business. In order to preserve everyone's safety, we do not schedule pickups or meetups.
